*USP Dinner and dance 2007 *- Peace Out!

Phew.
Finally done my 2 lab reports and Paper 1 assignment for the Panopticon. heh.
And there's still tutorials and readings to do.
So last Saturday was very much a party day while Sunday was a homework day.

Venue: Hollandse club
Time: 7pm
Dress code: Hippy fashion ( i wore the Queen's 21st birthday tie-dyed dress. Totally vintage and well-preserved. OMG *jaw drops)
Table location: With the Upperclasses *calamalize
Objective: To have crazy, au natural fun. =)
Okay, i resented travelling to the place. It was horribly inconvenient! But i guess it was worth it.
The food was great but the company topped it off.
Interestingly, the USP professors were really hip and cool. (more enthusiastic than us, students)
She stood up, gave a hippy dance and acted as if we were on weed and smoked pot. LOL
Unforgettable.
Goodies given to us were a bottle of bubbles!, tie-dyed bandanna, hippy badge, flower and our all unique (weird) hippy name. Yayness.

There were others called 'free love' - WX, 'Fertile Kailan' - Ivan etc.
For that night, people embraced the comfort of going barefoot, going gaga over technology and labelling it as the EVIL thing & the devil's work.
The night ended as we took to the dance floor, doing our hippy mambo jambo dance.
