oxymoron
This is going to sound quite oxymoronic. Sometimes we feel happily sad and for other times we're sadly happy. or is it just me Again? ** Tomorrow's a holiday. A holiday, not because we're once again defending champions. In actual fact, its quite the opposite. Its not a self-declared holiday but a day off to reward the soccer players for putting up a tough fight.. Indeed it was a great game, well-played. * 3 cheers for both teams* Thereafter, should i be happy that we've got no school tomorrow or be sad that we lost? So far this is my conclusion...I'm sadly happy.. ** The game started out neatly with MJ scoring the first goal. *screams hoarsely* haha But then vj scored an equalizer soon after..=( I was thinking deja vu? Mj soccer guys persisted and managed to bring the score up to 2-1 wheee~ Our goalkeeper was quite good considering he managed to deviate vj guys constant attacks. Sadly, I was fooled into believing that we might have a chance to bring home the game. Cheryl said that anything could happen in the game, right until the very last minute.. How i wished she hadn't mention that. As it turns out, the last 10minutes were shocking! hahaa..If i were a vjcian, i would have felt estatic. The vj guys wasted no time in trying to take over the game. Obviously, they succeeded..Victory was theirs 4-2. Hooray for both sides though.. I'm glad that we, mJcians weren't sore losers. We lost, but with dignity. haha.. I bet we would be back with a vengence next year. Revenge would be sweet. *hehee ** Did i mention that, out of the whole entire school cohorde, my class were the only ones in class jersey..haha.. lucky us that we weren't caught. DInner was at swensens.. I cant believe that we were so indecisive about the place to dine.. To sum it all up, the day was nearly perfect. NEARLY. It would've been more perfect if we had won. *stating the obvious* It would've been more perfect if... ... ~gotta rush off again, the rest is up to the imagination~
