no blading pffft...
Life is unpredictable. ** I didn't get to rollerblade today. Sobs. I really really wanted to. Sighs. Lucky for me, sailing lifted my spirit. =) I love the weather today. It was kinda perfect. However, i still managed to accumulate a couple more bruises... *ouch* I think the whole sailing team is getting more wierd. Apparently, they have all decided to support weisheng's wierd ideas..hahaa..at the expense of me. Oh wells..at least they get a good laugh out of the whole situation...hahaa.. The ideas they come up with is quite absurd, nonsensical and amusing..so much for their self entertainment... ** There was a science talk held at the national library today on human stem cells and cartilage. Nah..it wasnt boring..i find it quite cool actually..lolx..don't you dare laugh at me. hahaa. It IS cool okay? Now here comes the exciting part... ** We managed to squeeze in a little time for window shopping after the talk at bugis.. So fun!!! so fun!!! Everywhere is decorated in pinks and reds!! Goshness... My favorite colours!!! The way i said it to aud was: That's why V-day is such a fun time.. hehee Valentine's day products are always amusing to view..hahaa..quite fun to look what new scam entrepreneurs can come up with...kanbatte... I guess the mood's setting in..it's contagious!!! believe me..i wanted to skip it all..but it seems that its quite unavoidable...hehee You'd say: " what mood? St. valentines is just a stupid festival for splurging new year ang bao money. " Hmmm.... Nah....i believe somehow there will still be a mood or feeling. Lol. I guess its fun right? All those cutesy teddy bears, chocolates... Speaking about chocolates, i saw this very kawaii chocolate design. Its something like a heart-shaped box made of chocolate, containing small chocolates shaped in cute little patterns..mostly hearts..haha Awww...its so adorable. But whats with all those fake plastic flowers??? Hahaa... Personally, I think plastic flowers are "yucks". I admit some are quite pretty. But then, i still feel that its "urgh..." hahaa Especially when people giving those kind of flowers makes the stupid excuse, "plastic flowers lasts forever and yada yada" Sighs...that's just cheesy... No way jose is that going to work...haha..maybe its just me that is.. Real LIVE flowers are still the best..even dried flowers can be considered a better buy as compared to plastic flowers..haha... ** You know what? I think they should just declare V-day a public holiday..hahaa... ** Maybe i should post a guide to a perfect V-day surprise... Should i? hahaa... But surprises are meant to be surprises right? There shouldn't be any guides... Hmmm... I guess as long as its sweet, sincere, special and a surprise..everything will be tops..hahaa.. One eg. Taking the time to write a card and deliver it personally? Not expensive yea? or maybe a dinner... lol...that's 2 examples.. i should not say anymore... lest everything won't be special or personalised... Best of all, Just think like a hopeless romantic and it works.. trust me. haha ** ** Best of luck for those celebrating V-day!!! Its in less than 2 weeks!!! hahaa =p
