MJC Openhouse 2005
This entire week has been one of the roughest times i had to go through since like i dunnoe when.. Sometimes i wonder, what am i really doing with my life? Everything is bottled up inside of me..just waiting to spill.. hohum.. Anyway, thanx guys for being there...i know i look quite crestfallen lately but i really couldnt help it..thanks for putting up with me. it was just so disappointing..though i know it was partly my fault.. Thanks alot for those comforting messages (jelly and friends) and attempts to make me laugh..it truly meant alot to me.. marcellus was so sweet...he actually went to buy a chocolate cake for me..budden it melted. So he gave it away, promising to buy a nicer one for me..he asked me which do i prefer? Dark chocolate or tiramisu..like how to make a choice liddat? Then came thursday, he went to the cakeshop but it was closed..haha..anyway it's the thought that counts rite? i really appreciate your effort jas.. ----the dark clouds will part rite? please say yes...---- Although things didnt really turn out the way i want it to, quite upset with myself..very..oh well..try harder next time right?? Arigato to all those that helped me, were bugged by my qns for promos..lolx...thank you very much to alex, jaryl, yicheng and eehong especially.. =) i'll do better next time..*crosses fingers* this post is kinda like the grammy awards..hahaa..i must show my gratitude... ----efforts will pay off right? please dont let me down yet again..---- Anyways, comes friday...todae MERIDIAN OPENHOUSE it started out nicely, the atmosphere was set. i did my duty at the sailing booth for like onli 2 miserable hours..a thousasnd apologies dekai and james...i realli didnt want to leave the booth but i had no choice. I had to do bio olympiad powerpoint slides.. Yes, u read correctly..academic stuff on an openhouse day..haiyo..so sad right? i was quite upset actually..couldnt join in the fun...jason accompanied me in the library from 11am to 4pm..the time at which i was slaving away at the com..felt quite bad...dont get me wrong, i didnt ask him to stay there..i'm not so evil..hahaa.. he managed to catch up on some beauty sleep though..jas, u are a great pal..*grins* Finally at 4pm, done! i was super elated... however, with 1 hr left to play before bio olympiad presentation starts the fun was shortlived..but at least i had some time to play.. at least i got to see some of my friends that came..i must be appreciative of the small, lil things of life...life is short u know.. I saw justin!! An ec...he's not a meridian afterall..my sch, i assure you has a miserable amount of ecs..a sad truth. we chatted for a bit, then adeline came and so had to move on...cant keep her waiting. I caught a glance of shiling, hohum...no time to chat with her much though... what i regretted was i didnt get to see my juniors who came..they were looking for me, but i had no time to meet time..sobx oh well..another day perhaps.. i painted my arms today! haha..with my beautiful name..the waffles sold there were quite yummy..they should be..i spent like one hour queuing up for them.. went to the shooting range with james budden no shooting was allowed..haix..was really looking forward to it...what to do? at 5.30pm, i rushed to bio olympiad..late!!!hahaa...everybody was soo restless...its understandable..how can we study biosystematics when the music was blasting away...my presentation was rushy..i had to cover 22+ slides in 10 minutes..my friends kept grinning away..made me laugh..i think my presentation on some portions were stoopid..the portions of adaptations of aves...no wonder miss wang was staring at me wierdly..omigawd...what would become of my op? *shakes head* Overally today was a rushy day. After bioolympiad, we rushed down to japanese class..late again! my heart was thumping in my chest..hahaa..it was fun though..rushing from one place to another... Today has been..well..nice. Normality.. lets hope it stays this way..
