NationaL daY 2005...
This yeaR's National Day was definitely memorable.. All of us got sunkissed...the sad part was, it was not even...haha We were at marina south carnival since 12.30pm for the mass signing project...We showed off our new skills of sign language by hand signing this year's national day song, 'Uniquely you' and the Pledge.. In addition, we set a new world record!!! The most people signing the same song at a particular time..Yay!! At around 8 plus, fireworks lighted up the night sky...we at marina south, got the best of both worlds..Why?? Due to our unique location, we were able to view both the Padang's fireworks and Marina south's... Omigawd!!! I was like totally overwhelmed and full of awe... Due to the fact that the fireworks were occurring concurrently, i had no idea which direction to look..hahaa It was amazing... Skip forward... After the show, we went to Changi Airport for a very late, satisfying dinner at terminal 1, Popeye's chicken... Like woaH!!! The meal was so worth it!!! Finger-liking good... Fries with mash potato.. Quoted from yinning..' potato on potato' sounds gultifying right? It sooo is...hahaa Biscuit with maple syrup..ahhh..its good.. actually maple syrup with anything is PERFECT... just ask jung pu..she totally agrees.. Go try Popeye's Chicken...you wont ever regret.. I'm so addicted to maple syrup now...hehee
